Fatherless Friday meets Fabulous Friday

My friend Rene at  chasing-moonlight.blogspot.com jazzed these pictures up for me :)  Thanks Renee!

Sweet Kate....is already in the 'older girls' section on Reeces Rainbow.  She wants a family so badly.  She knows what it means to have someone come and take a child home, she's just waiting so patiently for it to be HER!

Ah, and my sweet Nicholas.  He looks so sad :(  Wouldn't you love to see a smile on that face?  I sure would.  I love him <3
He's a very special little boy, with a tender heart.  He cries at night sometimes and has no mama or papa to comfort and love him.

This beautiful little girl is Zara.  She's so tiny and has had lots of health issues in her short life but is getting stronger everyday and is just waiting for her mama to scoop her up and love her.  Talk about precious...

And then there's Josiah.  He's also in the 'older boys' section.  Which is sad to me, because he's only 6 :(
He's sweet, gentle and so innocent.  Yet, so alone in the world.  Can you imagine Josiah cuddled up with you on the couch watching a movie?  Pushing him on a swing?  ....I can.

Do any of these children tug at your heart?  You can find them and read more about them at http://www.reecesrainbow.org/

  1. Dear Jodi & Renee,
Thank you for this beautiful post. Yes, Jodi, I have been missing your Fatherless Friday posts. All of the children are so adorable. Kate has a very special place in my heart. What a doll! Have a good weekend,
    Patty

  3. Hi Jodi,
I like that you do Fatherless Friday and I'm glad you decided to continue it. I read through your blog a couple of months ago and I loved following your story.

  4. Keep on doing what you do Jodi. All of it. The advocating, the silly posts that make us all laugh in the midst of life, the musings about missing Ukraine. All of it except...Jaycee posts. You've done enough of those thank you very much. :)
